Wednesday Night Menu
A buffet menu is available at the Club on Wednesday
Boddington Room: 6.30pm -8pm.

Bar Snacks:
Counter bar snacks are available outside these hours. Please ask bar staff for a selection.

FUNCTIONS:
You may customise the finger food menu for your function or our resident chef can discuss your requirements for a Buffet Menu.

PARTY FAVOURITES:

Variety Platter – selection deep fried samosa, spring rolls & wrapped money bags served w home style tartare sauce, nam-jim, lemon wedges & aioli.

Savoury Platter – various pastry items – quiches, pies sausages rolls served w bbq, tomato & chipotle sauces.

Asparagus Rolls – Asparagus, lemon & seasoning encased in your choice of bread.

Corn Fritters – Golden mini corn fritters served w mango chutney.

Wedges – seasoned, deep fried & served w sour cream, garlic mayonnaise & sweet chilli sauce.

Hot chips – straight cut & fried golden in blended vegetable oil served w aioli & tomato sauce.

Finger Food Desserts – options can be made available.

GOURMET OPTIONS:

Chef’s Antipasto Platter – selection of cheeses, parmesan bread, olives, dips, radishes, tapenade & pesto great for peckish crowds on arrival.

Hoki Bites – Crumbed Kirimi style deep fried until golden brown & moist, served w tartare sauce & lemon wedges.

Club Sandwiches – a combination of shaved ham, Dijon mustard, tomato, lettuce, tuna, aioli, spanish onion, cucumber & the old favourite of egg & asparagus all served on fresh wholegrain & white breads.

Bacon & Egg Slice – Chef’s take on a New Zealand home-cooked classic – shoulder bacon, egg, tomato & red onion topped with tasty cheese & flat leaf parsley served on a puffed pastry base.

Smoked Salmon Blinis – mini pancake, cream cheese, baby roquette lettuce, fresh cold smoked salmon topped w roasted red pepper & caper.

Mini Pizzas – choritzo sausage & neapolitana sauce on a baguette base topped w a trio of cheese & herb blend, baked until golden brown – a variation of vegetarian options available upon request.

Fruit Platter – fresh seasonal fruit – cut, presented & served natural yoghurt & berry coulis.
